1929Chrysler Posted April 13, 2008 Share Posted April 13, 2008 Does any one have a recommendation on where to send a water pump for rebuilding or do you think I should just have a local machine shop turn a new spindle as the old one is scored where the packing goes.It looks like the impeller is just pressed on. I was thinking about having the shaft made slightly over size and then hone the front and rear brass bushings accordingly.Any input would be much appreciated.Dan Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
