Guest reattajack
Are the cv joints the same as a 1990 riviera with abs...for a 1990 reatta?
Richard S
Yes, they are the same, and probably the same for a number of GM cars. There are quite a few units on Ebay. I believe the abs is separate from the axle so it does not matter when it comes from an abs donor or not.
Guest F14CRAZY
I'm thinking the shafts are the same BUT you have to get the shafts with ABS due to the toothed gear on the outboard end that functions with the wheel sensors
Guest Greg Ross
One caution, '88 Reattas have a smaller front wheel bearing then the later years so it's the oddball. CV shafts from an '89-'91 will not fit an '88I'm still running on the original front wheel bearings and had figured whenever one of them went south I'd update to the later/ larger assembly/ hub and 1/2 shafts. But just like the Energizer Bunny, they keep going, and going and.....
