Dodge Brothers business coupe?

Help. I purchased this car this summer from a widow. She thought it was a 1921 Model A. Her son said it was a T bucket.

My grampa says it is not a Ford.

I am young and have no definite idea.

I believe it is a Dodge Brothers Business coupe.

I am interested in knowing what anyone thinks.

And if this is a DB coupe what years was this body used.

The body is definitely from a 1922 1/2 or 1923 Dodge Brothers business coupe. The frame might be. The rest of what's there is not.

Thank you. The frame has a torsion bar suspension with 6 lug tires. I am not sure what from but it is much newer with disc brakes.

There was no 21 Model "A", "T" buckets are roadsters(open two passenger) cars.

A well build hot rod is one thing, but ever time I see one of these abortions with a late front suspension, I want to be ill. When they are finished(rarely) they look ridiculous with the radiator sticking out two feet in front of the wheels like an old Walter or FWD truck. UGH!!!

I agree all the parts and the way it looks ruin the car. (rod) but when I found it I couldn't turn down the body.

I am going to probably got with the complete suspension and drive train from a 37 dodge.

this should get it to look right.

I'm interested as to why you chose that Icon with the P-47 fighter plane in it? Do you have anything to do with WWII aircraft?
