Turbo charged intake with side draft Rochester from 1962 Olds

My father gave this to my brother a few years before he passed away recently. We believe that it is from a 1962 Oldsmobile with an all aluminum 215 V8 engine.

The intake is aluminum with an Air Research Turbocharger and a Rochester Side Draft carburetor. Really a very, very rare piece that is a piece of art all by itself.

Maybe someone can help me out and tell us exactly what it is off of. My brother and I have not made up our minds yet as to sell it or not. If we do, we will run it on EBAY.

What are your thoughts about it. Look at the photo, photos if possible ( I have many )......

Thanks for your help....

It is exactly the Olds Jetfire, built in 1962-63 only. The engine used a relatively high 10:1 compression ratio to overcome boost lag and a fluid injection system to suppress detonation. Most people let the fluid tank run dry and thus destroyed the motor (this was before knock sensors). The turbo got a bad rep and most were replaced with conventional 4bbl carbs when the engine was rebuilt.
