vegasdelta
Hello all, I have a 1939 Century w/a banjo wheel. The horn ring is trashed & I need to either replace it or install a different steering wheel & ring. Thanks.
Guest imported_Thriller
One guy you may want to try is Al Bell - nuttybuick on eBay. I don't know for certain that he has something that will work for you, but he does have some parts listed from that era, including recast steering wheels and some horn rings. vegasdelta
Thanks Derek, I see he does have one listed now & it looks great. However I'm not restoring the car, just enjoying it & that level of quality is beyond my budget. I'll just keep looking for something useable. Jerry. Guest imported_Thriller
You may want to try looking into using an epoxy or the like to fill cracks then. It is a bit of work, but can be done. I haven't done it myself, but know others have.
vegasdelta
Hello Derek, thanks for the suggestion, but what I need is the horn ring, which is pot metal & missing large pieces. As it is now the horn is inoperable. Jerry.

airbrushguy
I have the steering wheel w/ring ,horn button etc. I rest-rodded my '39 and added a tilt column and modern wheel. I was going to put it on ebay this summer when I get time. Don't know what it's worth...email me.rileystudio@netscape.net

It is clear and enough "dyes" are available to produce just about any color you would want.
