My 38 started out as a business coupe but I am converting it over to an opera coupe . I purchased the car in 2003 I am going to try and put it back as close to original as possible, will attach pic's as I go along.

Great looking Coupe you have there, and excellent work on the frame. I'm in the process of doing the same thing on my '36 Buick Special (view my thread) http://forums.aaca.org/ubbthreads.php/ubb/showflat/Number/427015#Post427015 .

What are you using to coat your frame? Is it Powder Coated or are you using POR 15? Are you personally bending all your lines or are you reusing the original ones?

I really liked the stands you made for your frame, did you build or purchase them? I'll probably make some to mimic yours...Thanks!!

The frame was pore 15 and the lines I bent and flared them myself going off the old line [ saved alot of money that way] and the stands I origionally made for my 70 gs frame and just modified for the 38

thanks ken
