Guest buickapollo455
This is a rare option to the Skyhawk know as Roadhawk, at present only aprox 12 are left in the USA/canada and aprox 6-8 parts cars known. This is the 3rd, in the series of special Skyhawks, Freespirit, and Nighthawk are the other 2. I need one wheel center for aluminum wheel and trunk lock cover assm. But this was found in a junk yard in Minnesota and have full history day one nov-8-79, to present owner , in myself. Car went 3 states in its history. Restore is in process. Guest BJM
Thanks for sharing your project. Keep us posted on the progress. What was the powertrain in these (V6 4 speed?) These are obviously not seen much, part of the throwaway years of the late 70's and 80's, if it wasn't a GN, then it doesn't get much love. But, actually, these are great proportioned smaller cars, fashioned after the fastback styling of European cars. And the Buick front end cap is better then the Pontiacs and Monzas. Thanks again for sharing.
