Wanted Taxi 1940s

I saw a relic yellow cab pass me on a trailer a few weeks ago. It looked like a true "barn find" it was a late 20's closed sedan, not a Ford.(as best as I could tell, it was getting dark) The paint was faded, "Yellow Cab" and rate chart still visible. Somebody in South Florida will have a really nice showpiece in a year or two. (it was southbound on I-75) I should have followed him for a closer look. At 70 MPH it looked as if it was straight enough to clean up without major tin work. It's amazing that commercial use vehicles that old ever show up without being rusted hulks or chopped up for salvage parts.
