Guest kevinshea Posted September 12, 2006 Share Posted September 12, 2006 hi -- I have a 35 and the 36 is basically the same.. without the original tool it is hard to do without damaging the wheel.. however, the trick is to drill and tap the center section and use a standard wheel puller set up to support the tight spacing you will end up with.... be careful! it can get screwed up. make sure that you fully soak the stem with penetrating oil for some time before you attempt the pull .. if you are replacing with a banjo make sure that you drill and tap that too!
