1949 Ignition coil needed

Recommended Posts

Guest De Soto Frank

Any auto store that carries Standard Ignition products, KEM, Filko, or Eichlin (NAPA) should be able to get you a usable coil.

From what I remember from my '48 & '50 Chryslers, there's nothing physically "special" about these coils in terms of their mounting (unlike the coil in '41 & earlier MoPars, that mounted in the firewall)...

Good luck !

You can always try Ebay...there are lots of parts for sale there...or if you are patient you can try the Chrysler Carlisle show or Hershey shows,
