Interesting intake and all, but estimating $1000 a *piece* for 06H carbs? Woohee, I have poor clay soil on my lawn; thinking about shredding the text portion of this ad and using it on my lawn [color:\\"brown\\"] AND COULD WE TYPE IT BIGGER [color:\\"green\\"] AND IN MORE [color:\\"purple\\"] COLORS!?!?!? [color:\\"blue\\"] BEGGARS BE GONE! [color:\\"brown\\"] [color:\\"brown\\"] (Just having some fun here!)

Cecil, this same guy also advertised an "original" replacement Lincoln Zephyr Carter carburetor. I checked it out and it's a Carter carb used on '49-'50 Pontiacs! I pointed this out but the ad still remains? Dee

I thought the price was for a complete engine.Apart from that.Would 2 X 2 barrel carburators give a better flow?Would fuelconsumption be the same at same speed with 2x2 or 1x2 barrels?Birger

Everything I've heard says the V12 was starved with the single carb setup, so I would think the 2-carb setup should help. Anyone with firsthand experience want to add his/her opinion here?

It would seem to me that the improvement by using the 2x2 would be from more uniform distribution of the fuel charge as much as additional flow capacity. (you are still pumping the flow out the same restrictive exhaust system)

time for dual exhaust fellas..no brainer..no real point putting more in if pressure cant get out..i have duals and single carb..stock motor 60 over 2.78

runs quick and smooth..i dont get great mileage..but then this is a Lincoln, not a toyota..444 gears get u off the line..but better hit second quick and smooth..your gonna drive me ta drinkin if u dont stop driving that hot rod.....
