Daniell68
I have a 1929 pontiac 2dr sedan. What type, if any kind, of air filter should it have?
Guest
The air "filter" is merely a cone shaped deflector that deflects the large rocks. Don't worry I have almost 490,000 miles on mine with only one overhaul. I only had to bore the cylinders .020 oversize. If you try to pack the deflecter with some type of filter material you will probably only succeed in making it run super rich and flood.
