Ames63
Well at least I think it's the transmission. While driving my son's car this weekend I noticed that the engine RPM was unusually high. While driving up a moderate incline 10-20 degrees, speed ~45, and either maintaining speed or increasing speed the engine RPM shot up from 1700 rpm to ~3200 rpm. Can someone advise me as to whether something is going on with the transmission? BTW the fluid level is fine.
