JoelMFine
1942Lincoln ContinentalConvertible V12$110000US automobile production ceased in December 1941 due to WW2. Only 136 of this model were produced. ( VIN# H131743 ) This car was purchased with 36,000 miles from the original owner in PA. It then had a total ground up restoration : All mechanics, suspension, electrical, engine, transmission, interior, trim, and top were fully restored or replaced. Since then it has only been driven about 30 miles. Painted in black lacquer as original. Interior totally replaced to factory specs, using highest grade Connelly leather, and trim replated in 18k gold as original. No expense was spared in this total restoration. Only 20 of this 1942 model remain according to the Lincoln Continental Owners Club. This car was exhibited at the Eastern National Lincoln Continental Show under the co-sponsorship of the Ford Motor Car Company. Models from the entire country were entered in competition for excellence of all pre-war convertibles from 1939 to 1942. This car won the Ford Trophy for First Place. It is without a doubt one of the finest in the United States. Located in King of Prussia, PA, USA.please contact - Joel M.
