Lets see, what do you think the designer was thinking? He may have thought the original front fender extensions were reminiscent of an open fender car? Sort of Cord like? But then found there was no outside support for the fenders if he put them on there. and ultimately ran out of money so he figured he's just slap the thing together? Hopefully the body man slapped him while he was at it.

I heard that this car is in fact General Motors answer to Ford's new "Retro Mustang"!!

Kinda takes us all back to the old GM Motorama Show Days....

Every kid on your block will want one!!!

Could this be the reason that GM is now in so much trouble....??? frown.gif

You know GM is in trouble when the big honcho posts an e-mail to employees that they are absolutely positively NOT considering bankruptcy what-so-ever, and releases the same message to the press. This is always the cover-your-butt prelim when execs think it's likely to happen. Then they can go to the bankruptcy judge and plead that it was NEVER their intention and certainly not their fault that the company went into bankruptcy. That very scenario just played out here locally with Northworst Airlines.
