Cast iron Powerglide

Recommended Posts

A Student in need of money found a good looking cast-iron Chevrolet Power Glide in his dad's garage. It still has the round blue plastic identification/patent numbers tag. He got it out to scrap the aluminum and then noticed the weight.

It would be great for some needing one for restoration.

Anyone knowing what it is worth, or someone interested in drop me an email and i will get you in touch with him. The students are doing auto transmissions this semester so it could be rebuilt and dyno tested ready for installation at additional cost.

If your interested I can get pictures and the numbers off of it.

Are there number so we can tell what it is out of?
