1949 chrysler royal c-45 wiring

Hello,

I need help identifing the wiring from carb to resistor to coil to voltage reulator to starting switch. If anyone can send me close up pictures of their cars of area wiring. I have manuels but they don't help. All wire colors have been changed.

Yes, I'd like to know just how where that wiring runs, too. It's confusing, and I believe I'm having some problems in this circuit with a '47 D24. I don't think there is a wire going to the carb on my car, though. Is yours perhaps an electric choke? I would add the wiring to the distributor in this question.

Thanks for replying. The wiring that runs to the carb. are for the anti-stall. Your are right about the distrbutor. I have those identfied already.

Hello, I have a 1949 Chrysler Royal and the Trany is starting to slip when it's going up hill. Does any one have any advice on who to trust to work on a fluid drive transmission?
