Jolly_John
I'm just getting ready to put the door weather-stripping on my '39 Buick Century convertible coupe (an early in the model year car). There is some confusion in the Steele Rubber catalog as to what to use. Does someone know if the door weather-stripping for my '39 is supposed to be the same glued-on strip material all the way around the door? Or, is it composed of two vertical, glued-on strips of the same design, AND a different design strip along the bottom of the door, held on by clips? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, John
Guest strait8
Yes ,the weather strip is continuous around the sides and top .I used the one from Steele and has stood up fine on my 39 for 15 years. [color:"blue"]
West Peterson
I recommend giving Doug Seybold a call. He's an expert on that period of Buick... and very personable.440-835-1193
