New Buick on the board

Hi , Let me introduce myself .I'm new to this forum and I have a 68 Skylark Custom I bought it in 2003 , 350-2 auto turbine 300 2 speeds(floor) . 444378

A Canadian Car , do you know if there is some difference from a US Skylark Custom ? Here's mine .

Whenever you have opportunity, you might post the vehicle's VIN number, and we can help determine where your Buick was assembled. If it was built in the U.S., there's a good chance it's identical to the U.S. models. Perhaps some of our other Canadian members will know whether '68 Skylarks sold in Canada differed from their U.S. counterparts.

Have you considered joining the Buick Club of America? The Buick National Meet will be in Batavia, New York this July, and you might find it worthwhile to attend. Check out the BCA home page at www.buickclub.org

My v.i.n. is 4443781 (1 for Oshawa,Ont,Canada)

It has the RPO Z49 which is a "mandatory Canadian base equip modifications" but I didn't know what that is ??? I'll be please if someone knows that answer

I think one of the Canadian Mods was a 12 bolt rear.
