51 Fiat Topolino 500C Rod Bearing Insert Search

I'm looking for a source for rod bearing inserts for a 51 Fiat Topolino model 500C. Either a club that I can join for help, a vendor that will sell inserts based on measurements, someone who can make them or where to get them. My first go around at this went very bad ($) and I'm looking for a second source.
