AndyC Posted July 12, 2004 Share Posted July 12, 2004 During a recent car show here in Maryland, I spoke with a guy who said there was a Person who lived in Canada, who for a small fee, and the VIN #, could provide a fairly extensive history of a vehicle. Such as build date, place, Dealership sold to, etc. Unfortunaly, he could NOT provide a name or contact. If anyone knows who this individual may be, please contact me.
