Charles2 Posted April 25, 2004 Share Posted April 25, 2004 On my 1940 Special, there are bolt tabs on the rear edge of the sheet metal panel that fits between the front fenders and under the grille. It looks to me as if there should be another piece fastened to the rear of the lower panel that fills in between it and the radiator.
