Guest
This is a red and white 1956 Belair Chev. 4 door hard top with no post between the windows. I am told that it is very rare that only a few were made. Is this true? It has the original upholstery. It has fender skirts. What is a good guess to the value of it?Alicia McCormick Gulf Shores, AL 251-968-1999
Pontiac59
A 1956 Chevrolet Bel Air 4 door hardtop? '56 is the least popular tri-5 Chevy, and 4 doors is 2 extra for most folks. Value varies greatly on condition and equipment, my book says a maximum of about $15K in excellent shape. I don't have production figures handy, but I suspect they were never especially rare - although probably less common than most of the other 1956 body styles except the Nomad and convertible.
