Hi Phil,

I sent you some pic's of my 37, and I think the 38 cabriolet for sale

is the same car in the pic's you sent me, that Kaplan family car. Your pic

shows it even rougher than mine, I'll see if I can send the shot I've got.

Sheldon's looks more like what I want but the price with our Aussie dollars

is a bit high.

Still no word from the 40 cabriolet on the Linclon site.

Thanks for the pictures, Peter. It's a VERY nice car. I'm attaching a photo to this post. The Kaplan car has '38 bumpers and hood side panels, '37 hubcaps, and a '39 trunk lid. It's too dark to see the grille. It appears that it has no back seat and a lot of the top parts appear to be missing. When I asked for more pictures, I was effectively told to "take it or leave it" and I never heard any more about the car. Given the rarity of these models, that car would be a TOUGH and EXPENSIVE one to restore!
