Excellent base +.-Body- Original body straight & clean.Floor pan, frame and under carriage solid. All trim. Gold emblems. -Mechanicals- all original drum brakes & leaf springs.Front springs replaced with heavy duty.-Interior- original side door panels, bench seats reupholstered match, no modifications other then manual shifter/clutch assembly.-Engine- 1968 327 replaced 283, car only on road with 283 (garaged since 327 installed in 1977), .040 bore , 11.5:1, 4 bolt main, fuelie heads, Eldebrock tarantula manifold, original generator, vacuum wipers, 4 speed Muncie trans, original rear.-Extras- original owners? manual, jack operationinstruction sheet, 4 hub caps, Appliance 14x6 chrome reverse wheels new in boxes, extra crank window vents. Garage kept since 1977 with 1977 NJ state inspection sticker. Excellent base +."A 1957 Chevrolet 4 dr HT does NOT have a post between the front and rear side windows. When both the front and rear windows are down on a Hard Top the opening is clear from front to rear.What your picture shows is a 4Dr Sedan. The Sedan has a Post between the windows.Yes, both have hard-tops, but the correct model designations are as I have described above! The file attached shows the HARD TOP!
