Here is the description:

What an amazing find! This is the "L.O.C." (Lincoln Olds Cadillac), a true 1950's custom, not a freshly made one. This fabulous "kustom" car was built in the early 1950's in the Pittsburgh, Pa. area. The car was shown at the " World of Wheels" show at the Hunt Armory in Pittsburgh in 1954 through 1958, and was featured in newspapers and magazines. The original car was a 1941 Lincoln Zephyr convertible. All of the bodywork was done with lead. The car has 1947 Buick front fenders, 1949 Cadillac rear fenders, Cadillac bumpers, original Lincoln hood, and a 1947 Chrysler hood on the rear deck. The car has been channeled 7 1/2 inches. The engine is a 1954 Olds Rocket 88, mated to the original Lincoln three speed and running gear. The black and white photos you see here are all period photos. As you can see from the pictures, the car changed over the years,as was common with early customs. In it's earliest configuration from 1954, (shown below in two tone), the car featured a taller windshield, seating for four, and a different grille. In the shot above form the Armory show in 1958, the car has the chopped windshield, it's current grille, some louvers on the front fender, different side trim and still eating for four. At some point, the car was made into a two seater with a folding top where the rear seat previously resided, which is the current setup. The car today is in truly fabulous condition considering that the bodywork was done fifty years ago! The body does show it age, and there are some dings and cracks, and some lumps here and there. The paint is good, and the chrome is quite nice. The interior is typical of the period, done in tuck and roll naugahyde, which is in excellent condition. Mechanically the big Rocket 88 engine starts easily, and is very strong. There is a brand new white top under the rear deck. We have a thick file with the car with receipts, magazine articles, photos, etc. This is a rare opportunity to own a genuine built in the '50's custom with history. This is not only a very cool car, but a great investment as well!
