Need a source for a master cylinder ????

May have to replace my master sylinder in the 90 coupe. Does anyone have a resonable source???

we highly recommend Prior Remaunfacturing in Dallas. the complete master cylinder assembly, including pump and accumulator, is only $450, exchange. it has a one-year warranty. we just had a customer yesterday tell us their dealer had quoted them $3500 for the same thing.

Agree with Prior BUT are you guessing and simply throwing parts at the problem?

May have to replace and may be guessing as well. I have replaced everything <img src="http://www.aaca.org/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> else sooooo.... I am going to replace the front calipers again probably today (or as soon as I can get help)and leave the "spacer shims" out this time as they were not installed origionally and the problem intensified where I replaced the 1st set of calipers using the shims............Just checking the reported high price, possible source, and availability of the master clyinder.

Maybe I missed it (earlier post?), but what is the problem with the brakes?
