PA residents: What kind of tag for Model "T" ?

Am "changing stock" - getting rid of some later Detroit Iron, and acquiring a "T".

Will have some valid "regular" PA passenger car plates that can be transferred.

Are there any state regs that would prevent my transferring a regular plate onto a stock '24 Model "T" or are there specific reasons that this car MUST have an "Antique" plate?

(I thought I'd pose the question here, as trying to get info from the DMV in Harrisburg is both time consuming and frustrating!)

Thanks.

Nope, you can put a regular plate on your car. However I would suggest that you go with the antique plate. If you have a standard plate you will be required to get your T inspected. Antique registration only requires that you keep the car in good working order.

Call your State Senator's office and they can get you the correct forms and help with the processing.
