Chrysler used them on their cars in the early fifties and possibly the late forties. I though that I had read some time ago about gluing on fake bulls eyes to look like the originals - any ideas ? I will be replacing it when I get to that project, just due to the possible high-costs of purchasing another one to match. I have heard they can be very expensive and hard to find. I don't believe that you could fake one of these very well. The "bullseye" is cast into the glass and extrudes outward. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Guest imported_BaronvonR Posted May 15, 2003 Share Posted May 15, 2003 The bulbs are expensive...and hard to find, though not inpossible. I paid $180 for a pair of them. Both were NOS and dated 1950.
