Guest Posted May 16, 2002 Share Posted May 16, 2002 I am currently restoring my 1916 Mitchell, which is fitted with 24" Hayes wire wheels. I am missing two locking rings to suit. I believe that Hayes and Buffalo lock rings are the same. I have some 23" lock rings to swap, or could buy. Any information would be appreciated.<BR>Also, It is fitted with a non-original tail light.
