Miroslav -
I'm certainly not a Ford Model T expert, but here are a couple of interesting web page links that you ought to look at.
This first one is a brand new Model T produced in 2001 by Ford Motor Company for the Centennial celebration the company will have in 2003 (known as the T100 project, with 5 cars planned). These are supposedly accurate reproductions of 1914 Model T touring cars, with some modern mechanical improvements: http://www.boucherusa.com/1914modelT2/pages/car1-2.htm
This is a shot of the engine compartment: http://www.boucherusa.com/1914modelT2/pages/car2-7.htm
The 1914 cars were selected for Ford's centennial because that model year was the first produced on the continuous assembly line. Again, these cars are not restored originals or made from NOS parts. They are produced from the original factory engineering drawings from scratch.
And here's a Greenfield Museum web site covering the Model T with a great photo of a restored '14 T Touring plus other photos and a thumbnail history: http://www.hfmgv.org/exhibits/showroom/1908/model.t.html
