Guest
My driver side headlight does not rise up, but I can here my headlight motor turning. If I'm driving down the interstate, and turn on my lights , than the head light will rise. You can also see the headlight trying to rise but doesn't. Rattaboy
Soounds like the dreaded worn out bellcrank. Barney describes a fix in Reatta Data Pages..<BR> New bellcranks are available from GM Parts Direct, # 16510108. Also put in new plastic rollers while in there--available from Ecklers #29304. In Sept. last year the bellcranks were $38.25 and the rollers were $4.95, plus shipping. No telling what the prices are now. Might as well rebuild both sides while you're at it.
