Guest Posted May 6, 2001 Share Posted May 6, 2001 After weeks of thinking the engine in my 65 Sportwagon gave up, and having serious noises, the flexplate turned out to be broken aroun every bolt. The noise was exactly the same as a rod bearing, but the noise started after 15 miles, that was kind of unlogical. I really hope that the new flexplate that I will install tomorrow, the car is trouble free again....Thanks for the advice in my posts Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
