What 6 hours and a beautiful day can do to a car

Well it sure was a nice day out today in the lehigh valley, perfect weather for washing cars. So I swung on over to the local do-it-yourself place, washed the beast, getting the last remnants of winter off it. Went back home and spent the next 4-5 hours doing the exterior. shocked.gif" border="0 I did the Meguirs 1-2-3 system, which is why it took so loooooooooong. I'm just glad I have a vinyl top. So I did the paint, shined the wheels, etc. Used the Meguirs, #39 and #40 vinyl cleaner/protectant for the first time that I picked up at Carlisle. I must say they work really well at both tasks. Even had the old lady neighbors commenting on how nice my top was shinning up, looking all new. Finally finished and wow, I almost didn't recognize the car shocked.gif" border="0 . All I can say is that the 6 hours paid off well. Now I need to take some pictures so I can preserve that look as I don't think I'll be doing this again anytime soon tongue.gif" border="0
