  6. I have a 1930 Jordan "G" with the 15s Continental engine. I am looking for the tube that holds the spark plug wires off the motor. I don't know what other cars this thing may come from, any help would be great. Also I am looking for 2 hubcaps for a wire wheel (18inch wheel) for this car. I will try to post some photos of these parts soon. Thanks RB
  7. I am looking for any info regarding the Pineswinter front shutter systems. What I am looking for is what items I may be missing for my car. I have the bellows, parts to go between the bellows (spacers),the cover that go's on the engine side of the radiator, and the shutters with the arm that moves them open to closed position (not the rod from the bellow end) Would any of you have any drawings or photos of the parts needed to complet this set and to get it working?

  9. What would I need to look for if it is a 90? I kind of know about the wood in these cars due to I have a 1930 Jordan, That I need to do some wood work with. If the Buick is a 90 would it have the division window in it?? what would the wheel base be on the Limos?? I thought that the wood thing in the cars at this time was gone buy now. I just learned something new today, thanks guys!!
  10. I am in the Chicago area and could help you out some time with that grunt work on your car. If you still need help?? I am kind of stuck out this way until we sell the house that we have out in Galina,IL. I have a apartment in Clarendon Hills,IL that I stay at during my work week. So I have some free time to spare. The place that I am at, I can't have one of my old cars out this way. I have a 1930 Jordan (have had the Jordan for 6 years) and a 1953 Plymouth (have had the Ply for 15 years). That I restore and repare my self. The Plymouth is a every day car for me. I am re-painting it and doing some other repares to it. I just sold my 1953 Packard carib. So I kind of know my way around the real old cars. I am a Steam Engineer by trade, and work at a local Hospital.   11. I have the opportunity to buy a 1937 Limo. What would be a good price for one that needs a restoration. It is all there, all original, all parts there but the sidemount covers, the bumpers rechromed, Glass ok, body good and rust free,floors good no rust out,black in color out,tan in,all upholstery there and original,not running,and not all a part. Also how many are out there (left), still with us today?? He wants around $6.800 for the car.

  14. I have a parts interchange book, and need some info on a car called a Blackhawk made in 1929-1930. It is under it's own listing not with the Stutz listing. Can anyone help with info on this car. I am looking for motor info. I have a 1930 Jordan that may need the water pump. This Blackhawk is the only car that will have a pump that will work for me.
  15. I have some info on that heater in the car. It is a "HA DEES" hot water fresh air heater. Liberty Foundries Company, Rockford,IL Pat # 17131. I am going to look up the pat# and see when it was given to them. I would just like to see when this thing was made. Thanks for all your input and info on this. I just don't know what way to go with this car. I would like to get it as near to a 100pt car as I can, But I would still like to drive it. I don't want to get to crazy with it. I like to drive my cars. I have a 1953 Plymouth that I am getting back on the road, and I use the heck out of that thing YEAR ROUND.
