  1. Out lookin for Chevys today and I came across this on the way back home. No idea what it is, thought maybe someone here could ID it. Thanks.
  2. Yes! South of there though up against the mountains before you get to mt. high. So, nobody can take a shot at #1 huh? I'm thinking early 30's ford truck but the picture is poor so I dont know if you guys will be able to tell. I will be out all this week scavenging the desert and taking pictures so be prepared for more pics!! Does anyone know of a book I can buy that will help me identify cars while on the road? Something that has all makes/models from the 20th century along with their values? I would like to be able to identify cars that I am not able to walk up to. If anyone knows of such a thing, please let me know, thanks.
  3. Sorry guys yes I am a newb I am 28 years old and just recently got into old cars. Thanks a lot for your help and replies. I hope that I am allowed to post questions like this here, if not please let me know. Cars are located 30 miles north of Los Angeles. -Rick
  4. I put this in the wrong area and I didnt know how to move it here so here is the shortcut to it instead. Looking for some help identifying some old cars, see attached pictures. Thanks! http://www.aaca.org/ubbthreads/showflat.php?Cat=&Number=259245&page=0&view=collapsed&sb=5&o=&fpart=1
  5. Gentlemen, I was out scouting for old chevy's today and came across some other cars that I need help identifying. Not sure if they are worthless or not but just wanted to double check since I can probably pick them up for next to nothing. Please view the attached pics, thanks! This is car #1
  6. The odomoter says approx 89,000 miles. All the interior is there but there is a hole/holes in the floor. Automatic transmission on the column and the motor appears to still be there and intact. All of the glass looks to be good, only things missing is the one headlight and maybe a hubcap or two I'm not sure. I'm going to put the car on Ebay soon. Thanks guys.
  7. The car is located 15 minutes North of Los Angeles. I can get the mileage and other details later today if anyone needs it. I am not sure what his price range is, although maybe I can find that out today also. The only thing I was told is to have people make him offers because he doesnt know what the car is worth these days. Thanks.
