  1. The hub is the same as mine 1930 Don't know off hand what my diameter is.
  2. Radiator fluid Prestone is what I leave in my 30. No water
  3. Sorry for taking so long but I got that O2 sensor in last night. Fired the old girl up and light came on. so I left it running cause I didn't get it in tight enough and was looking at it bled exhaust, so my head was way down in the engine compartment when I heard a hissing sound, Now I thought I had check all the hoses and there connections. But as luck would have it the dang thing had a hose off that leads to a canister with some wires going to the connecting point. It fell down under the canister unnoticed. Reconnected that, tightend the O2 again, and restarted the car light went out started running like she used to wow I was amazed. Thank you for your help. Dave
  4. Thank you I'll be looking tonight if it isn't raining.
  5. I did rev the motor while the gauge was on. The pressure went up with the rpms. The line isn't long enough to try while driving Might be able to stick it under the hood I'll see what I can do to try though. I'll also see about replacing the oxy sensor if I can find it. Not sure of it's location. some where on the exhaust?
  6. Checked the fuel pressure over the weekend. That turned out in spec 47 psi before starting. 40 psi @ idle. Pressure held for 10 mins after stopping. Still getting the code 44 lean oxy sensor. any other suggestions?
  7. Okay. Thanks for your help. I found and replaced the fuel filter. (the old blows through ok though). Got a new one now. Also replaced the Mass Air Sensor. Started her ran around the hood seemed fine. Then went to the store and check engine light came on. Pulled the codes only 1 code now. 44 lean oxy sensor. Indend to measure the fuel pressure next, got to buy something to do that with though. Hope it is, and hope it isn't the fuel pump itself. Changing the filter I got a good look at where the tank is and my exhaust is all welded in below the tank. Be kinda hard to drop the tank. So a measurement on the pressure will sure be easier. I'll let you know how that turns out.
  8. Thank you again. I do have an extra MAP from along time ago, somewhere in my garage. Pro care said it was bad, and Precission tune said it was bad so I replaced it. That wasn't the problem. Found the plug to the computer wasn't making. That was about 8 years ago, never had another problem from that since. I'll swap that out and go to the fuel pump should that not help. Reading what you said perhaps I should go ahead and invest in a fuel pump with better flow any way. I would like to limp this car up to summer and sell it, so I'm not wanting to put to much in it but here in Cincinnati area we have to EPA check and the tags are due. So I have to fix, to tag, and sell. All though this has been the best car I've ever owned. Two water pumps and a radiator in 168,000 miles and is still a solid car for her age. Freinds say I won't sell who knows. Again thanks what you said makes sense, I'll try. Dave
  9. Thank you for responding. Yes it is super charged I installed a paxton 2 years ago. At install everything was fine. It just recently started doing this. The only other mod to this car is a flowmaster muffler with a high flow cat. No chips nothing else. The codes are 12-No referance pulses to ECM. 34-Low voltage (high Vacuum) at mass air flow sensor (or MAP sensor). 44-Oxygen sensor lean. 54-Low voltage at fuel pump OR low voltage at fuel pump relay OR output failure at quad driver module. It befuddles me. I've been checking the vacuum lines electrical connectors... What happen to the day you got gas, spark, go. Thank you again. Dave
  10. Have a 85 Z28 super charged 305 TPI. Started throwing codes 12,34,44,&54 Starts rough, engine light comes on while stopped at lights, then goes out after driving at slow speeds, Then when hot on the freeway comes back on. Any suggestions on where to start repairs.

  13. My 30-57 has a heater, no radio. Don't know if that helps.
  14. Have you tried to have that one rewound at an electric motor shop. You will have to shop around your area for a shop to wind that small a motor, but some actually do only small motors. It maybe worth your effort.
