  1. I Recently found myself unable to turn off my 89 Reatta. the lock cylinder was stuck in the on position so I went to the local Autozone and picked up a new on. However upon replacement, I still cant turn off the car, no matter what position the key is in. I have no idea what the problem is at this point any advice?
  2. Hey guys Just bought a Buick Reatta (first car, been on a motorcycle), supposedly it had been sitting for five years, and didn't run. Runs now, but I have hard brakes. I've got both the red brake light indicator on and the ABS warning light. The car is telling me it has low brake pressure, and my brake pump is constantly running. Checked the pressure switch no brake fluid in it, so I dont think its that, Im thinking its the accumulator but I'm not sure. I'd like to be more or less sure before I go out and by a several hundred dollar accumulator. What are your guys thoughts?\ Edit: it's an 89 forgot to mention that

    BCM

So I recently bought a Buick Reatta 89, It's primary issue being the fuel pump was dead, but I found that the fuel gauge was not reading either so I bought a new sender unit and pump. Thing is the fuel gauge still does not work. Dug around on this site and came to the conclusion it's probably the bcm, given that my fuel gauge does not work and that my radio does not seem to function right either. Found did a test out of the manual, with the fuel pump which also suggests the bcm is bad. I've also read that the proms need to change out with those. So my question is 1) were are the proms 2) what do they do exactly? I tired googling it but found no satisfactory answer.
