  1. Hello all, regarding the image of the clock noted and the location of the clock for the 1938 Plymouth. This is the correct clock for the 38, a one year only application for this clock. As noted, it matches the gauge cluster to T. It is located in the glove box door as presumed. I belong to the Plymouth owners club and have for many many years. There is a photo of a convertible coupe in one of the early ( like 25-30 years ago) editions showing it from the back of the car looking in and it is located in the glove box door. As I recall, the horizontal trim lines intersect the clock and are cut short to just miss or leave a small margin around the clock bezel. I have owned my 38 since 1977 or 1978. I purchased it from the original owner back then. There was a door only that sold in the Plymouth owners club magazine but I was too late to make the buy. A VERY rare item indeed. My clock is awaiting the door so someday!!!
