  1. Yes my head has PC on it. I am hoping to pickup a 33 Dodge engine from a fellow member on here in a few weeks, but I figured if I had the chance to have an extra head I would buy it. I thought the engines with the exposed cyl walls were interchangeable but I learned something new!
  2. Thanks for the info! I printed a copy to keep in my files. From this I learned a 34 Dodge truck head could fit but not this one I found. It must be a 218 engine.. Thank you everyone for all the help! This is a great site for information
  3. I wish it were that easy.. I found it online and he is about 14 hours from me. lol. I was hoping someone knew the casting number. I will ask him to measure and hopefully he can read down to an 1/8" The head I want is 6 3/4" wide by 23" long, I found there is also a 7 1/8" x 23" head Thanks, Kevin
  4. Hi, I found someone selling a 1934 dodge truck engine, supposedly in a 1.5 ton truck. My question is, would the cylinder head from this fit a 1933 Dodge 201 engine?? Mine currently has a head with a 600668 head casting. His casting number is 620027. and the picture looks like his engine also has the block with the cyl walls exposed.. I cant find any info on that casting number.. I want to make sure its the narrow head not the later wide one.. any help is appreciated! Kevin
  5. Hi, I am looking for a pair of mirrors for my 33 Dodge DP. I know I've seen pictures of them mounted on the spare tires. Or was there an option for door mount ones?? I ordered a generic pair that uses set screws to mount on the door and they wont fit between the door jam.. Anyone have an original or two they want to sell? or know a universal one that will fit? Thanks, Kevin Spring Grove, PA
  6. Hi, which gasket? I have 3 different ones pictured for 6 cylinders.. And a city and zip code and I can give you a shipping price. Thanks, Kevin
  7. A couple of things I found I don't need as I was going through my 33 dodge stuff, Ill try to describe these the best I can.. Victor 1027 S straight 8 head gasket for 1946-50?? flatheads $30 Victor 1060 head gasket, fits?? $20 V840 K1000 gasket? this gasket has no markings put the paper package it was in was labeled as this.. and said it fits 31-33 Chrysler? $20 intake/exhaust? gasket for?? $10 cylinder head for I believe a 218 or 230 casting# 1120803-7 $40 I can take measurements for any of these if you think they may fit your application. or take more pictures. or if you know what they fit please reply. Thanks, Kevin Spring Grove, PA
  8. Currently it has a Plymouth block in it. My dad told me the original block had a big crack when they restored it. Someday I would like to find a 33 Dodge DP block and build a motor but for now a head that fits will make me happy! lol
  9. From what ive found a 33 Dodge or 34/34 Plymouth 201 head will fit. The iron casting number I have is 600668 and aluminum is 622487 Im sure there are other head castings but I know for sure those two fit. it is approx6 3/4" x 23" on the milled side of the head. These engines you can see the cylinder walls on the drivers side of the block. I appreciate you looking!
  10. First pic is how it looked after sitting since 2000, second is unloading it at my house, third and fourth are unlocking the engine and misc fixes, fifth is brake work, and last is the first trip out of the garage on its own power!! (still needs a head, it is cracked and leaking antifreeze)
  11. Hi, Only other things I think I have are a head gasket and a used waterpump..
  12. For sale is a Chrysler intake, I was told it fits a 31-33 Chrysler? Correct me if im wrong. This came with some parts I got for my 33 Dodge. Looks very nice $40 sound fair? I am in Spring Grove, PA message me on here or email duster.1@juno.com Thanks Kevin
  13. After that was mentioned I looked at my block and I see how you can see the cylinder walls showing on the driver side and the later ones you can't see that. I appreciate you countrytravler looking at the 34 head you have. Please let me know what you find out. Thanks
  14. I found that the 218's and 230's were wider but I didn't know that there was also a wide 201.. That complicates this search a bit more. So basically I am looking for a head that was only made for 2 years over 80 years ago.. lol. There has to be a few left out there! Thanks for all the info!
  15. Thank you ply33 and PlymouthPE for the input. Do either of you or anyone know the exact years the 201 was made? What years were the aluminum head made? Thanks! Kevin
