Thanks folks for your comments on my Model A overheating. I am happy to say, (and somewhat lucky) after spraying PD Blaster in each cylinder thru the spark plug opening and the next day transmission fluid mixed with kerosine, I was able to rock the engine free. I don't know if it was the engine locked or the starter. I just heard a pop and the car moved about a foot. The starter now worked, so I turned over the engine with the plugs in but without the coil wires attatched to removed all the fluid from the engine. Most of the fluid came out of the tail pipe. Some is in the oil pan. I plan to change the oil today. My question now is should I flush the engine before starting or just start the engine and let what chemicals are still in the block burn off. I know it will burn off thru the exhaust so I plan to push the car outdoors. Please advise.
