  1. And a fully charged battery will help push sticky motors. Those puppies draw some initial amps.
  2. Got your message Thanks everyone! Was busy at work
  3. I’m the worst buyer and seller - ever. I’ll gladly repaint her for that price. White interior doable in this Florida heat. Thanks for the motivation JZ Calling
  4. Considering today’s prices- this is a steal. I’m just not a blue paint fan: https://tampa.craigslist.org/pnl/cto/d/saint-petersburg-1969-buick-riviera/7486741247.html $14900 OBO (not my car)

    Vinyl Repair

Good upholstery shops are overwhelmed with work now. I personally couldn’t live with seams. Best repair is done with a hot vinyl vacuumed wrap. JustDashes has a strong reputation but will cost you. JustDashes.com.

    Vintage Red?

Yeah - the car is incredible. Indeed the red seemed too vibrant. The chrome on the dash was flawless. Left quite an impression. I was looking at flights. I’m glad it’s sold - my blood pressure is normal again.

    Vintage Red?

I’ve heard there’s a difference between ‘71 and ‘72 Vintage Red. True? One lighter than the other? Thanks
  8. Would look even better in my car port. 😉. Cloth seats? Would love to see pics please.
  9. If your passenger side door is whole, you can use it as a mirrored reference. Then a visit to a salvage yard to get parts. Most GM parts that year are interchangeable.
  10. Here is a link to your diagram: https://www.teambuick.com/reference/library/68_chassis/files/120-h.php Figure 120-88
  11. I’d go with his Cloyes. My ‘67 original gears showed no wear or cracks. Absolutely stay away from new stuff if you can. Its all garbage.
  12. https://www.ebay.com/itm/265519978201 Just in time for Valentine’s Day. What a knock out! Does anyone know this car’s history? All those Rock Auto boxes are suspicious. Planned engine re-build? Adder: Thank the lord it sold. I was loosing sleep over this car.
  13. I’d consider a ‘68. But the ‘68 lost the beautiful die cast chromed dash and the linear tail bumper and lamps. They really where the icings on the cake!
