Thanks! My car was repainted a different color when it was restored by a previous owner. The cowl tag shows 5107 "Palmetto Green" but was painted "Victoria Maroon", which is 03. At least that is how I read it. So, I leave the wheels black. Thanks for the help!

Hello, Simple question: I have a 51 Pontiac Deluxe Streamliner. What color should the rims be? Black or body color? Thanks
