    Make sure that the bolt holes are CLEAN .

    Good Evening...Made sure you cleaned both mating surfaces . I've used the Permatex Blue and never leaked 7 years AND TORQUE EVERY BOLT AND CHASED THE THREAD HOLES AND REPLACE THEM WITH NEW BOLTS

    When I got my car back from paint. I changed every bulb in the car twice and it was a ground... I even bought (3) 3 prong flashers. fixed the ground and it was good to go.
