A magazine publisher is accepting charter subscriptions for a magazine designed for IHC Light Truck and Scout enthusiasts. This has been a long time coming for those of us interested in old Binders. They have named the magazine CornBinder Connection and the first issue is scheduled for October mailing. For more than ten years they have published a magazine directed to Cub Cadet power equipment aficionados, so they are not newcomers to the publishing business OR International.
