    Finally found my forever Suburban

Have been looking for a couple of years for a newer Suburban to replace my 1996.

Hard to find, had to be a 2500 with 8.1 engine (which they quit installing in Suburbans or Yukons in 2007), and had to be 4 wheel drive. Leather and barn doors were desired but optional, and had to be 75,000 miles or less.

Found it today. 2001 with all the options required and desired, plus some.

Best news is, 35,000 miles. Was owned by a small family owned company, used very little and always garaged. It's as close to a new car as you could possibly get, for a fourth the cost of current replacement.

I'm happy to say the least..........

Now, the 1996 blue GMC Suburban, 160,000 miles, equipped the same way, will be for sale....Marty is visiting tonight, he bought the last Suburban I replaced, not sure he needs another! If he's not interested I'll post a for sale with more details....

OMG, I had to run outside to see if you came by and took mine. Nope, safe, it is still there.

David, congratulations on getting your new truck. No excuses now for not coming to all the shows out of town. She sure looks great.
