I'm not understanding the dual Grand National & Southeastern Meet in Shelbyville. I know it's June 14-16 but what days are which? Is the GNs show one day and southwest meet another? Is there a schedule?

Charlie, reading your mind would be a scary thing! The meet chairman gave us the information this morning and I asked Patty to post it...the region is telling us that rooms are filling up fast! There seems to be a huge demand for this AGN so people should make reservations early as possible. I just heard from another member that some of the rooms are pricey so make sure you ask for the AACA block!

Yes, that would be a scary thing and I make no where near enough money to pay for therapy for people who did read my mind.
Then again most car people I know do have a few loose nuts and bolts or we would not love old vehicles so much.

I received my registration packet for the Shelbyville show but in the envelope was only a registration card for the Grand National show on Friday but no registration card for the National Meet on Saturday. Is there a count on cars for the Grand National Meet and for the Saturday Show?

I have an attire question. I've attended the banquets at Hershey and at Stowe where the men dressed in business casual. I also attended the banquet in Philly for the National Awards where it was black tie. What is the Grand National banquet dress code? I wasn't planning on packing a tie, unless that's appropriate.

Some dress in business casual with or without a tie. I will be wearing a suit on fri. night and more business casual on sat. And a few wear a nice golf shirt and a pair of dockers paints. I hope this helps.

Guys there are close to 500 cars on Friday and somewhat less on Saturday. Sorry, we had the Eelegance here last week and I was not online very much!
