Found your great new Forum. Thought I'd say hello! I am an automotive artist from Milford, Ohio focusing mostly on memories of the muscle cars inthe 60's and 70's. I paint in acrylic on board. My paintings take from 300-450 hours to execute. Most are reproduced as limited edition prints. In the last 15 years I have self-published almost 80 limited edition prints with over 40 editions sold-out.
It's nice when your reputation preceeds you, as we've been talking about your '59 Motorama piece since you were caught working on it at the '09 Spring Charlotte AutoFair...
Welcome Dave, I've seen your work up close at Hershey and it is fantastic! Let us know where you'll be located at Charlotte so we can come over and have a look.
Terry
Terry, I'll be in the Nationwide Pit Building at Spring Charlotte AutoFair. It's the building closest to the tower in the infield. I will also be at three Carlisle Events, Ford, GM and Chryslers, this year demonstrating painting as well as showing my work. I have something special lined up for Hershey in October but the announcement will have to wait.
Dave is also one of the featured artists for ou brand new event this year called "Pumps on Parade at our Night at the Museum find raising even in Hershey. Dave and 5 other artists will be custom painting a full size gas pump for auction. Thanks Dave!
