looking for a place that sells a headliner for a 1956 oldsmobile 4dr hardtop for just over a 100 dollars,,,if there is any...for those looking for a healiner for a 2dr model i found one on wls headliners for about 100 bucks...

Don't think that exists as I have looked around.This is a project on my list since I have just taken my headliner down a month or so ago. My plan is likely to buy perforated vinyl that equals the original, you can buy white and spray it the color-red in my case-cheaply or buy the real deal at auto fabric place(much more expensive) and my plan is to sew it myself, or maybe yours isn't perforated, and so it all depends how original you want to be...or if you or someone you know can sew stuff....keep in mind the headliner is in individual strips sewn together so it may not take as much material as you might think.....just a tip. I think you can buy one for 140 bucks or so plus shipping which is close to your figure.

I'm not sure on the 100 bucks, but I would try SMS Auto Fabrics out of Oregon. They sent me my 56 Roadmaster Headliner and it was perfect. Sorry I don't remember what I paid.
