Oil Pan Color

Good Afternoon Lincoln Lovers:
I will be building a new engine for my '41 Continental Cabriolet this winter. Can anyone tell me what is the correct color for my oil pan?

Iam on the road this week but when I get back I can look at some originals. I believe gloss black. I also just purchased 41 cabriolet which I will be gathering parts for. Just flew through Saskatoon last week and passing back through in Dec.
